45 UL Listed DC Breakers up to 125 volts

On this page you will find a wide selection of dc circuit breakers.

These are designed for use with direct current battery based

systems.

These Airpax and Eaton Heinemann CF 125 and CD 125 circuit breakers

are regular stock items.

Many of these breakers will work with the Outback Power and Xantrex

products.

We will show our inventory with each of these so you can plan

your project.

We stock two types of 125 volt d.c. rated circuit breakers by Airpax

and Eaton Heinemann.

The CF-125 and the CD-125 are series M209 and are UL Listed.

The CF type has a connection lug on the top and the bottom and can

be either face mounted or back mounted.

The CD type has threaded terminals on the back and are designed

to be face mounted.

We stock more of the CF type as they are the most versatile of the two.

UL Listed 125 volt d.c. circuit breakers

Airpax 100 amp circuit breaker - 125 volt d.c. rated.

CF - 125 Circuit Breakers, DC rated for 125 volts.

They are UL Listed for up to 48 volt systems, but they can be used

for 12 or 24 VDC nominal systems.

They have lugs at both ends which accept up to 1/0 cable.

If you look at the picture you will see that they can be mounted in one of

two ways.

You can attach them using # 6-32 mounting screws to the face of the breaker.

They can also be placed on a vertical flat surface with mounting screws

or bolts going through the "U" shaped tabs on the top and bottom.

125 vdc breakers

They make a convenient disconnect switch.

These can also be used in the Trace DC Disconnect.

CD - 125 Circuit Breakers, DC rated for 125 volts.

They are UL Listed for up to 48 volt systems, but they can be used

for 12 or 24 VDC nominal systems.

The 10 to 50 amp sizes have two 10-32 threaded terminals on the back.

The 60 to 110 amp sizes have two 1/4"-20 threaded terminals on the back.

You can mount them using # 6-32 mounting screws to the face of the breaker.

These work well in Outback, Trace Xantrex DC Disconnect as well as other

disconnect boxes having limited space above and/or below the circuit breaker.

Many telecommunications power cabinets use these CD breakers.

These are a handy disconnect switch.

GJ - H3 series circuit breakers.

250 amp D.C. circuit breaker - rated up to 160 v.d.c.

Most of these are used as both a circuit breaker and disconnect

switch.

Can be face mounted with 10-32 screws into the holes above and

below the lever.

Each breaker includes a back mount kit which consists of two brackets

which mount on the front of the breaker and four bolts with washers and

nuts which attach to a panel or wall behind the breaker.

The wiring lugs accept from 6 ga. to 4/0 - 250 MCM cable for easy

connections - just strip the cable, insert cable and tighten the screws.

Dimensions: 7.1" high by 4.45" front to back by 1.5" thick.

Ideal for use with the Trace DC Disconnnect, Outback power center or

anywhere you need an easily mountable high amp breaker.

200 amp D.C. circuit breaker - rated up to 125 v.d.c.

Airpax mod. JLS-1-1REC5R-30150-222 circuit breaker.

These can be used as both a circuit breaker and disconnect

switch.

The Arc Interrupt Current rating at 125 v.d.c. is 10,000 amps.

The Arc Interrupt Current rating at 65 v.d.c. is 50,000 amps which can

clear a high amperage short circuit.

Can be face mounted with 10-32 screws into the holes above and

below the lever.

Each breaker includes a back mount kit which consists of two brackets
